The Arts
This is the time for you to try something you never had the chance to before. At RiverWoods the only thing stopping you from exploring all possibilities is the lack of hours in the day. If you’ve never picked up a paint brush make your way to the arts and crafts room, pull out an easel and try something new. From oils to water colors our residents explore their talents and are continually surprised by what they find.
If painting isn’t your passion then you may want to get your hands wet in our pottery studio. Or perhaps you would like to share your love of fabric with one of our quilting or sewing groups that meet in our Arts and Crafts rooms.
For those artists who are fascinated by technology you may try learning about Digital Imaging. If communication is more your things we have three outlets for your to express yourself: you could become a columnist for our in-house news paper, The Reporter; you could also join the programming team at our CCTV station, channel 8, RiverWoods TV. Or if you really want to impress your grandkids you could start writing for the RiverWoods Blog, featured here on our website.

about RiverWoods...
"There are always people to share your interests with, from working in the woodshop, to attending concerts, or keeping an eye on our ever-changing Exeter River. And if you just feel like taking a walk, come join us. The trails are full of wildflowers!"
