Meet Our Residents
We are, each of us, unique. Some love walking outdoors, others love their dogs, and some of us like playing chess in our socks in the library long into the night. We are mothers and fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers, great-grandparents, too. We are married couples or single, widows and widowers. We are homemakers, and we have worked for a living – in business, in academics, in writing, arts, or many other fields. We have been to war. We have written books. We have lived lives in one town, or in many towns; brought new lives into this world through our children and their children. And we enjoy life at RiverWoods because it provides us the opportunity to continue to do what we enjoy, and cultivate a new sense of independence.
