Staying fit is a priority for us all. Unfortunately, finding the time can be difficult. But with three fitness facilities and one right down the hall from your home, you may need to find some new excuses if you don’t want to end up in the best shape of your life.
Our residents have the opportunity to exercise with a variety of fitness equipment under the tutelage of our highly trained Fitness Manager. Our philosophy is a healthy body leads to a happy mind.
We offer more than 60 fitness classes each month. Some of the more popular offerings include Tai Chi, Strength and Balance, and Aquacise. In addition, each gym is equipped with weight training machines, free weights, and balance equipment. Cardio offerings include treadmills, recumbent bikes, Nu Steps, ellipticals, and rowing machines.
