Joe Jutras, Trustee:

Joe Jutras is active in a number of business ventures and non-profit organizations. Since 1998 he has been managing a portfolio of family-owned real estate investments. In 2010, Joe became the president of Twin Lights Bioscience, a company conducting research to develop tests to detect cancer. Prior to 1998 Joe spent eight years in public accounting at Arthur Andersen where he focused on assisting venture backed companies with audits and financings. From 1987 to 1990 Joe worked in his family-owned retail business, Appliance Warehouse. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. In addition to his professional career, Joe has spent significant time volunteering. He has been on the Board of Directors of Odyssey Day School (ODS), a non-profit independent day school serving infants to grade eight in Wakefield, MA since 2000. Since 2003 Joe has served as the President of the board of ODS and is on the governance, finance, head evaluation and support committees. In the past Joe has coached youth sports teams and served on the Alumni Board of Directors at Babson College.
